Lifetime Guarantee Conditions

All of our new leather jackets and trousers carry a lifetime guarantee on leather, stitching and unbelievably ALL HARDWARE, that's right, zips, press studs and buttons, for ever, but there is one condition, for our database you must register your product with us. This is crucial as we do change the styles periodically, in line with customer feedback / requests for specials or just new detail features we find. So when you register, we will record all details against your name, with a unique number, simple.

Of course without your contact details, these kept for our reference only.

Note-- this is retrospective from 2008 models on, all qualifying garments will be covered, but we do need them registered, grace period till Dec 30th 2010.

Consider any qualifying product with photo(not race suits for obvious reasons) on our feedback already registered to the buyer pictured. The database starts there !!!!

Exclusions

Linings-- although we use best possible materials, of course they can be torn. We will help find a suitable repairer in your area or goods can be returned for lining repair at your expense.

Crash damage-- Again we cannot cover a zip that failed because it hit the road at 60 mph, we are very happy that the garment saves your skin, in the end it is expendable for that purpose, BUT

Any registered product returned for repair after crash damage will be repaired for under half it's purchase price or we will sell you a new one for HALF PRICE.
