We set out to design a suit that would encompass full CE protective armour, have full grain cowhide leather at all impact points. But we also wanted lightweight for Australian conditions especially for Supermoto & Flattrack. It had to be economical for pocket bike (Minimoto) racers. So for the main part of the body we used Cordura, very common in top line motorcycle road wear, it has similar wear characteristics to leather with exceptional resistance to abrasions, punctures and tears but it is light and easy to wear. We used the Motorcycle Council of NSW for their guidance and overlaid their drawing on ours , we have leather at all high impact points see sketch.

Then we got onto comfort and put stretch panels in. We looked at modern GP suits and followed fashion with a curved zip. Much less likely to fail. More room for our logo. We perforated leather to allow air flow. We used an aerodynamic hump on some models. We made sizes from 5 years old to full adult.

In adult versions we give the option of knee armour, .Velcro and knee sliders or for the dedicated flattracker or motarder our knee brace version has extra room for braces underneath. I think we've covered your needs but development will go on.
